I created three different designs. The first two are blank vintage apothecary labels to use with the Avery 5164 six-label template. Simply download the free images below and print using a blank label sheet or the Avery template.🧙

The third sheet features free printable apothecary labels to decorate bottles, journals, and more.

Directions:

Download the files you want and save them to your computer. If you want to add your own text with a specific font, you can edit these templates with the FREE version of Adobe Acrobat. Or, you can download the free version of Canva.

The free Halloween apothecary labels below can be printed on a blank label sheet. Cut them out individually and apply to bottles for a vintage garden witch kitchen display. I use the 8 1/2″ x 11″ blank label pages.
